As a founding partner of VIDA Management Consultants, Daryl brings 25 years of management consulting, business management, strategic planning, product management, marketing, sales, and systems analysis experience.

Daryl supports our clients through his expertise in delivering a “consistent coherent brand experience” to customers by implementing customer-oriented business practices. His approach to customer experience management includes: visioning and defining the desired customer experience, developing a compelling “Value Proposition”, listening to the “Voice Of the Customer”, capturing and using integrated customer information, and the alignment of customer-facing processes.

Work History

Prior to co-founding VIDA Management Consultants, Daryl held executive positions at two Midwest based consulting firms, SPR Inc. and Hanson, Dodge + Sutter. There, he was responsible for the development and implementation of new service offers and marketing programs. He also managed key client engagements at HD+S.


Daryl has had an accomplished career in business management, marketing and product management, where he has been an evangelist of customer-focused approaches and strategies since 1989. As Group Manager, Office Access Products, at US Robotics, Daryl built the group from $5 million to $100 million annual revenue in 18 Months. At AT&T, Daryl led a team that established four Remote Network Management Centers, generating $15 million in revenue the first year. At NCR he was the Product Line Manager that introduced the first wireless LAN, generating $10 million in the first year and maintaining the market leader position during his tenure. Early in his career at NCR, he took on a six month assignment to develop and implement a marketing program in the Asia Pacific Group, which netted a $30 million improvement in profit the first year.

Education:

Daryl has a BS in Physics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an MS in Physics from the University of Oregon.
